Effective Date: The date the client submits the service request form and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

By submitting the service request form and booking a cleaning or gardening appointment, you (“Client”, “You”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions set by Sewa Cleaning And Gardening Services Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).

1. Service Agreement
1.1. By booking our services, you authorize us to enter your property at the scheduled time for cleaning and/or gardening.
1.2. We agree to provide services as outlined in your selected package or as discussed at booking.


2. Access to Property
2.1. You must ensure that we have access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment fee.
2.2. Any keys or access codes provided will be kept secure and used only for service purposes.


3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices are based on the size, condition, and complexity of the job. Final quotes may be adjusted with your approval.
3.2. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. We accept bank card and cash payments.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
4.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
4.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a £50 late cancellation fee.
4.3. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of future services.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee
5.1. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-attend to the affected area at no additional charge.
5.2. The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to areas not included in the service or where follow-up is requested after 24 hours.


6. Liability
6.1. While we take care in our work, we are not liable for:
– Pre-existing damage
– Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable
– Normal wear and tear
6.2. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service.


7. Health & Safety
7.1. For safety, please inform us of any potential hazards (e.g., chemicals, pests, unsafe structures).
7.2. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.


8. Privacy
8.1. All personal data provided is used solely for communication, scheduling, and service delivery.
8.2. We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties.


9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:
– The environment is unsafe
– The client behaves inappropriately
– There is a breach of these terms


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
